Returns & Repairs Policy

Since every piece I make is handcrafted, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, I want you to love your purchase, so I offer resolutions for items that arrive damaged or have a craftsmanship issue.

Jewelry Repairs

If your jewelry arrives damaged or breaks due to a craftsmanship issue within 6 weeks, I’m happy to repair it. Here’s how it works:

  1. Email me at hgorman21@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue.

  2. If approved, you’ll need to ship the piece back to me at your expense.

  3. I’ll repair it and send it back to you as soon as possible.

Pottery Refunds

If your pottery arrives broken, please email me within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged piece in its original packaging. I’ll issue a refund or store credit based on the situation.
